First National Real Estate Bowral has staged a strong recovery after it was left reeling from a devastating fire 12 months ago, with the business taking pivotal steps to further solidify its market position.
The Southern Highlands-based agency revealed that it has established a solid growth trajectory and has expanded its team since its office premises (along with a number of other local businesses on the corner of Bong Bong Street and Merrigang Street) was gutted by a fire that occurred on 1 July 2021.
First National Bowral co-principal Allan Falvey said that the last year has been “an incredible journey” for their team, revealing that the agency has found a new home since the incident. “Since the fire, we’ve established new office premises right in the centre of Bowral,” he said.
Mr Falvey also stated that the fire did not stop them from hitting new growth milestones. “[Two] excellent sales agents have joined our team as well as a very experienced property manager, and we’ve captured prestige residential market share while securing a significant number of commercial sales,” he said.
With the firm continuing to make significant strides in the local market since opening its doors three years ago, First National Real Estate Bowral announced that Reece Woods had joined its roster as a sales agent, as the agency looks to enter the next stage of growth.
“Reece plays a significant role in our business and we’re determined to build a culture of enduring personal growth for everybody at First National Bowral,” Mr Falvey stated.
“Entering a partnership with Reece was a logical next step for us and we’re very excited about this next phase for our business.”
Mr Reece said he is “ready to roll up his sleeves” to work on the new initiatives that the agency has planned.
“Customer reviews place us in Bowral’s top three agencies — we’re winning business once thought to be a given for well-established local players,” he stated.
